Job Summary: Land surveying and mapping projects.

Essential Duties: You will provide office survey work with duties to include project management, mentoring staff and assistance with marketing efforts.

Qualifications: You have experience in supervision of field crews and office technicians in the process of completing survey projects.

You are knowledgeable in preparation of boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, design surveys, construction staking, platting, and title commitments.

You have project management skills for scheduling completion of projects and communicating with clients.

You will work as part of a team.

You have field experience with the ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.

You will be flexible and willing to work on a variety of projects.

You have an active Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper license or the ability to obtain a Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper license.

You have a valid Florida driver's license and an excellent driving record.
